By purchasing products through MQ By Design you are demonstrating a clear understanding that we are selling these products as containing CBD (cannabidiol) from hemp oil.
Statements made on this website and most others have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease. We are committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations and as such, because these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits for products containing CBD (cannabidiol). If you decide to purchase our products, you are purchasing these products with the understanding the present status of CBD (cannabidiol) products.
Orders ship within 24-72 hours within the US only via USPS delivery.
After your order processes, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. Once your package ships, you will receive a separate email with tracking information and you will soon be able to log into your account to track your order.
We ship orders Monday to Friday Eastern Time.
For international shipments, it takes approximately 2-5 weeks to receive your package, although sometimes it may be sooner or later depending upon your country’s customs department. It is the customer's responsibility to check with current authority for shipment availability. Seller is not responsible for confiscated goods.
International buyers, please note the following:
Import duties, taxes and any other additional customs charges are not included in the price of the item. The buyer is responsible for covering these costs.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying the product.
These charges are normally administered and collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – please do not confuse these charges for additional shipping charges.
After your order ships, you’ll receive a notification email with a tracking number and link, so you can check on your shipping status and know when to expect your order (please note that for International Standard Shipping, tracking will show when it leaves the USA and when it gets delivered.
Shipping address update
If you contact us within a few hours after placing your order we will do out best to change your address. Unfortunately once your order is processed, we cannot change your address. Please email us at Support@MQBYDESIGN.COM with your order number if you believe your package won’t arrive to you
Cancel an order
Unfortunately once your order is processed it cannot be cancelled as it’s already on its way to being shipped. Nevertheless, if you email us within 12 hours after you place your order to Support@MQBYDESIGN.COM, there is a slight chance we can cancel it in time! If your order is processed and on its way to you and you’d like to return it, you can write RETURN TO SENDER on the package (without opening it) and have it sent back to us for a refund minus shipping and handling fee.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange. We will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition. We do not accept returns on opened or used products.
Returns are applicable only for USA orders. International orders are final sale.
Refunds will be issued minus the shipping fee.
Products must be in the original box and/or packaging for a full refund.
Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Include a note with a brief description of why you are returning the product and include your name, address, telephone number and email address so we can contact you if we have questions.
Partial Refund for following situations:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
*On Sale, Special Events items.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at.
DEFECTIVE / DAMAGED PRODUCTS
In the case of defective or damaged products, we will gladly exchange it for the same product if reported within 7 days from the purchase date.
If a product within the shipment is damaged, we require photos of the shipment’s damaged packaging as well as photos of the damaged product itself. Without these photos, we are unable to process a claim and provide a replacement product.
In order to process a replacement for damaged or defective product(s), please return the merchandise to MQ BY DESIGN with a Return Authorization Number.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will find out about your return.
Customer will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.
Customer should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Risk of loss in shipping returned products falls completely on the shoulders of the customer.
If returned products are not delivered in their original condition or products are lost during shipping, MQ BY DESIGN reserves the right to refuse a refund for any returned item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Holiday Free Shipping
Free Shipping only applies to Continental U.S.A.
Once the order is shipped, delivery can take 6-8 business days.
Items will not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
Cancelling items, combining orders, or changing the shipping address, speed, or preference might affect the order's eligibility for Free Shipping.
We reserve the right to change or discontinue Free Shipping at any time.
Free Shipping only applies to new purchases and will not be applied to prior purchases or returns.
The limit is one discount code per order. All online discount codes have a designated expiration date and can only be used once per customer.
It may take up to five days for your order to be processed and shipped, so order early! Our busy little elves are doing everything they can to ensure safe and quick delivery so you can help keep the calm this holiday.
